Our latest release brings a refreshed interface, smarter photo handling, and new feedback tools to 360AI inspections so your team can finish sooner and trust what lands in the report.
Here’s everything new in Inspection Express.
1. A Refreshed 360AI Lightning Interface
We rebuilt the 360AI Lightning interface to feel smoother and more intuitive. As a result, users move through inspections and reach key features with fewer taps.
360AI Lightning provides a streamlined, camera-first approach to conducting Entry and Ingoing inspections. Instead of navigating through a checklist, simply point, capture, and move seamlessly through the property. If you prefer the traditional List View, you can easily disable Lightning at any time through your profile settings.
AI Auto-Categorisation
Every photo files itself to an existing Feature in the Area. When you take a close-up, AI checks which objects appear in the shot and assigns the most likely feature.
As soon as processing finishes, the app shows you where that photo landed. If the category looks right, simply take your next photo. If it doesn’t, tap the correct feature from the list, then carry on shooting.
One thing to remember: the features in the popup always refer to the photo you just captured — never the next one. So you only need to tap a feature when the previous shot went somewhere it shouldn’t have.
Alternatively, you can switch auto categorisation off in Settings. You’ll keep the Lightning interface, though every close-up will then sit under Overall.
Drag and drop
You can now move photos between features by dragging and dropping them.
A Unified Tenancy tab
Key Form and Tenants now sit together under a single Tenancy tab, so there’s one less place to look.
2. Upload Existing Photos to 360 Condition Hotspots
You can now drop photos you’ve already taken straight into your 360 condition hotspots.
Previously, every hotspot needed a brand-new capture. Now, you simply select an existing inspection photo and place it where you need it. The result: less duplication and a faster workflow.
3. Photo Comparisons in Tenant Actions
Tenant Actions now supports photo comparison.
Because of this, you can line up a property’s current condition against a previous inspection and flag damage or changes the tenant needs to address. Consequently, your reports carry clear visual evidence, and difficult maintenance conversations get a lot easier.
4. Give Feedback on AI-Generated Comments
Every AI-generated comment now carries a thumbs up and a thumbs down.
If you choose thumbs down, you can tell us exactly what was wrong or what needed work. In turn, that feedback sharpens 360AI Inspections for every user on the platform (Also available in the admin portal).
