How to Run a Cloud Sync in the Inspection Express Admin Portal

To run a manual Cloud Sync, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Inspection Express Admin Portal.
    Log in to your account and go to Settings.

  2. Go to Cloud Sync.
    In the Settings menu, select Cloud Sync to access your sync options.

  3. Check the last automatic sync.
    At the top of the page, you’ll see the Last Cloud Sync time from the automatic overnight daily sync.

  4. Request a manual Cloud Sync.
    Click the Cloud Sync button, then press OK when prompted to confirm.

  5. See the confirmation message.
    A notification will appear confirming that your Cloud Sync request was submitted successfully.

  6. Refresh to view the update.
    Refresh the page after a short moment. The Last Cloud Sync time will update once the sync has been processed.

Notes and Limits

You can request up to five manual Cloud Syncs per hour per account in the portal.

If the Last Cloud Sync time doesn’t update immediately, wait a few moments and refresh again, as processing may take a short while depending on system load.
