👉 The more photos you capture, the more detail 360 AI can identify and map correctly — leading to clearer, more reliable inspection reports.
3. Link Close-Up Photos to Your 360 Images 🔍
Need to highlight extra detail? You can easily link standard photos to your 360 images.
How it works:
- Take a 360 photo of an area (e.g. kitchen)
- Tap Condition at the bottom of the screen
- Your device camera opens to capture a close-up photo
- The image automatically appears under the correct item and within the 360 view
Example:
After taking a 360 photo of the kitchen, hover over the oven and capture a close-up photo. That image will be accessible in both the inspection report and the 360 photo.

4. Create Your Own Predictive Text ✍️
Speed up reporting by creating custom predictive text for frequently used comments. Simply head to your Settings, click Predictive Text and head to the plus button to add your own! Now you only need to start typing your sentence and your own custom predictive text will come up as a suggestion!

When completing entry or exit inspections, you can long-press the tick or cross to mark an entire column at once.

How to Run a Cloud Sync
- Log in to the Inspection Express Admin Portal
- Go to Settings
- Select Cloud Sync from the left-hand menu
- Check the Last Sync Time at the top of the screen
- Click Request Cloud Sync and select OK to confirm
- Refresh the page to view the sync status once completed
Good to Know 💡
- You can request up to 5 cloud syncs per hour per account
- Manual cloud syncs are best used for urgent updates between daily automatic syncs
