The biggest update of the month is 360AI Lightning already live in your account with no new app to download and no extra setup required.
The key improvements:
360 photos now process in 5 seconds, down from 17
AI auto-categorises your photos as you capture, room by room
AI comments generate automatically in the background while you keep moving
Capture your 360 photos and close-ups in a single walkthrough — no more retracing your steps
Battery indicator now visible directly in the app
Measurement tool accessible in one tap

July 2026 Updates: Split PDF Download for Large Reports
Need to upload a large Condition Report to a tribunal or send it by email? Inspection Express now makes that much easier. Reports larger than 20MB can now be automatically split into multiple PDF files. Simply request the download and we’ll prepare the report and email you secure download links.

Copy From Last Inspection for Special Reporting
Completing Special Reporting just became much faster. A new Copy From Last Inspection button lets you automatically populate Special Reporting fields using information from the previous inspection. Instead of re-entering information that rarely changes, you can copy it across in seconds.
This is especially useful for information such as:
Telephone line
Internet / NBN
Smoke alarm testing details
Other recurring property information
Simply review the copied information and update anything that has changed.
Improved Tenant Action Emails
Tenant Action emails are now easier for tenants to understand. Previously, every action appeared together, making it difficult to distinguish between serious issues and minor items. Tenant Action emails are now grouped by severity, making communication much clearer.
