For property managers in the rest of the country, ABSOLUTELY contact Inspection Express for a demo. This is genuinely one of those partnerships that make you feel like you have a leg up on the competition. The software is intuitive and the inspections are thorough. I have yet to find a better solution for protecting our landlords' rights and maintaining an accurate record of property condition.  The customer service is fantastic.
