Our story started in 2013 with a big idea and a lot of grit. After watching The Social Network, Jeff Kan — our founder and tech enthusiast — was inspired by how a simple idea backed by tech could transform an industry.
With a passion for tech and entrepreneurship, Jeff decided to put his skills to work and solve a real market need.
And so, our company was born — a journey driven by innovation, resilience, and pioneering solutions for Property Managers!

OUR STORY
With a prototype, no outside investment, and a big idea, Jeff and the team began knocking on doors across Melbourne to win our first clients. Our mission? To give Property Managers tools that save time, cut costs, and keep things running smoothly.
In 2017, we launched Paperless Condition Reports — an instant hit that saved hours on paperwork and cut printing costs. Property Managers loved it, and soon it grew into our Paperless Office solution, taking workflows fully online.
By 2022, we were back with another pioneering launch — 360 Virtual Tours with in-app camera integration, making virtual tours fast and seamless. Then in 2024, we leveled up inspections again with 360AI — an industry-first AI tool that automatically writes inspection comments, giving Property Managers back precious time to focus on what matters most!
