Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you get started.

Creating a Virtual Tour from a Property

  1. Locate the property
    Go to the Portfolio tab and find the property you want to create a virtual tour for. If the property isn’t in your portfolio yet, you can manually add it by tapping the Add Property icon.
  2. Access the property details
    Once you’ve located or added the property, tap the blue arrow to open the property details.
  3.  Start a new virtual tour
    Tap the menu in the top-right corner, select Virtual Tour, then tap the plus (+) icon. When prompted, select Yes to confirm.
  4. Connect your 360° camera
    Turn on your Insta360 camera and tap the 360° icon within the app.
  5. Capture each area
    Choose an area from the property layout to begin capturing. Tap Join to start your 360° virtual tour.

 Creating a Virtual Tour from an Inspection

  1. Find the finalized or archived inspection
     Locate the inspection you’d like to use for your marketing virtual tour.
  2. Create the marketing tour
     Tap on the inspection status and select Create Marketing Virtual Tour. When prompted, choose Yes to confirm.
  3. Publish your tour
    Go to the draft menu, select Publish, and set an expiry date and time. Once ready, click Publish to generate and copy the virtual tour link.

Copying and Sharing the Virtual Tour Link

If you need to copy the virtual tour link from the Admin Portal:

  1. Sync the app and log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. Click on the Virtual Tour tab.
  3. Locate the required virtual tour.
  4. Select View Menu → Copy Virtual Tour Link.
