Influential NSW agency BresicWhitney will be one of the first to implement AI into their agency, with the recent onboarding of 360 AI, Inspection Express’s newest, revolutionary property management tool.
360 AI will allow property managers to utilize AI to automatically generate comments in their Inspection Express app. The feature will enhance their existing 360 Virtual Tours solution, and the integration works by analyzing the 360 image taken and noting down the condition of the room, any scuffs, damages and marks that are present in the image.
With the ongoing issues of retention and burnout in the industry, 360 AI aims to take the burden off property managers, allowing them to recoup and find more time in their day to work on other tasks. Report writing is currently perceived as being one of, if not the most time-consuming tasks for property managers, with some saying it takes them up to 8pm at night to finish their reports for the day.

What went into the decision to jump onto 360 AI?
Staying competitive in our industry requires the adoption of new and innovative technologies. We expect to see positive impacts on both productivity and retention. This shift not only enhances efficiency but also fosters innovation by allowing our people to dedicate their time and energy to more “high-value” activities.
We also foresee that it will help with optimising processes, improving customer experiences, enhancing job satisfaction for our people, and ultimately driving better business outcomes. Retention is a factor here and we know that repetitive more manual work can be a significant source of dissatisfaction or disengagement.
