All iProperty Express Account holders may review, update, correct or delete the personal information in their registration profile by logging into their account. iProperty Express Account holders may also contact us at [email protected] to accomplish the foregoing or if you have additional requests or questions.
You may opt out of marketing-related emails by logging in and changing your account settings (where available) or by clicking on a link at the bottom of each such email. You may continue to receive Service-related and other non-marketing emails.
If you gave us consent to post a testimonial to our Website, but wish to update or delete it, please contact us.
Tracking and Targeted Advertising
In some of our communications, we use tracking means, such as a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Website. We track this data to help us measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.
Choosing not to share your personal information

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS), a top tier, highly scalable, secure cloud computing platform provider to host our Services on servers located in Australia. If you are not an Australian resident, this means that your personal information will be transferred to Australia.
By entering personal information into the Services, you consent to that personal information being hosted on servers located in Australia. While your personal information will be stored on servers located in Australia, it will remain within iProperty Express’ effective control at all times. Each data hosting provider’s role is limited to providing a hosting and storage service to iProperty Express, and we’ve taken steps to ensure that our data hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, your personal information. They do not control, and are not permitted to access or use your personal information, except for the limited purpose of storing the information. This means that, for the purposes of Australian privacy legislation and Australian users, iProperty Express does not currently “disclose” personal information to third parties located overseas.
