Why do you need my personal information?

First and foremost, we primarily use your personal information to operate our property inspection software and our website, as well as to provide our clients and their users with services, and to manage our relationship with you. 

You are not obliged to disclose personal information about yourself when you visit our website.  Where practicable, we will allow you to deal with us on an anonymous or pseudonymous basis. If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to do so, however it may affect your ability to do business with us, use our software or visit our website.

We are committed to safeguarding and protecting your personal information.  We do that by implementing and maintaining what we believe are reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Yes, however please be assured that we do not and will not sell, rent out or trade your personal information.  We will only disclose your personal information in the ways set out in our privacy policy at and, in particular, to the following recipients:

  • to our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, and contractors to enable us to provide our services and for record keeping and administrative purposes

Will you transfer my personal data outside of Australia?

We currently store all of our online data at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centre in Sydney.

We may disclose your personal information to cloud-providers, contractors and other third parties located outside Australia.
